Full-time Food Service Equipment Technician based out of the Eau Claire, WI area.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Food Service Equipment Technician is responsible for performing repairs, installs and maintenance to a variety of food service equipment.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
* Troubleshoot, repair, modify and maintenance commercial food service equipment.
* Maintain accurate service records according to government regulations.
* Order parts and ensure availability.
* Maintain van, tools, and equipment.
* Build and maintain customer and vendor rapport.
WERE LOOKING FOR
* A mechanical problem solver with excellent communication and customer service skills
* Valid Class D drivers license and commercial insurability
* Ability to perform work on gas fired equipment
* Ability to respond to off-hours emergency equipment calls on a scheduled rotation
* Background in commercial food service equipment repair preferred
* OSHA 10 and EPA Universal Certification a plus
