Architectural Drafter/Architectural Intern/Architect - Retail, Production, AutoCAD 2D - Cleveland, OH - JOB 24-00297Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00/HRA well-established local architectural firm specializing in retail is seeking an experience Architectural Drafter to assist on a variety of retail projects; Big Box, Retail Centers, Strip Malls etc.REQUIREMENTSAssociates' or Bachelor's degree is desired but not required.Architectural Design and Drafting for Retail projects is highly desirable.AutoCAD & MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Revit is a PLUSArchitectural design and drafting for retail projects such as Big Bix, Retail Centers, Strip Malls etc. Any previous experience doing drafting work for gymnasiums is a plus.Must have experience doing production work; red lining, layout, BOM's, Ceiling & Floor Plans, Elevations, and follow direction from Architects & Team Leaders.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
