Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant Certified. The Physician Assistant Certified will be responsible for conducting inpatient and outpatient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, as well as maintaining patient medical records. Additionally, the Physician Assistant Certified will consult with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.Traveling to Satellite Clinics 1-2 times a week (Pasadena and Pearland)
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience in pain management or related field is preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus
- Surgical Suture and Closure experience required
- Pain Medicine experience is a plus
- Nurse Practitioner : Acute Care Certification is required in order to apply.
