**Position is 100% onsite in Mesquite, TX**

client in Mesquite, Texas.

The worker will have experience in a Team Lead, Manager, or Leadership position. Performs planning, organizing,staffing, leading, and disciplinary actions. Serves as an escalation point and assists in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware failures as needed. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians.

Minimum Requirements: Years Experience 4 Experience providing "white-glove" executive level support 5 Experience leading a support team 5
Experience in KPI management 5
Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment 5
Experience support Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
Preferred Skills: Skills Experience 5 Experience creating technical knowledge articles 4 Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment 5 Working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations
