Sales Manager - Material Handling - NJ (Hybrid) - Uncapped OTE

Beyond real estate, they operate a platform to optimize the company s global asset portfolio to provide our customers solutions that address today s warehouse and shipping challenges. This part of the Organization is their Warehouse Solutions & Infrastructure arm which has been thriving over the past 4 years covering 24 territories across the US selling turnkey Warehouse solutions inclusive of Lighting, Racking, Power, Generators, IT Infrastructure etc.
This role offers a unique opportunity to take over an already buoyant territory which an attractive salary and commission scheme which is uncapped.
Background Required
- 5+ years of experience in a similar, successful sales role
- Material handling background
- Management of full sales lifecycle experience
- Ideally solutions selling background in a consultative role
- Experience / Knowledge of the industrial warehouse market
- Successful in hunter gatherer role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Use the internal relationships to build a customer base through hot leads
- Solution sell to customers to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
- Consult customers on what works best for their needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Package / Benefits
- Salary: $85k - $105k base
- Commission basic OTE Y1 $75k minimum (Uncapped with top performers currently earning close to $500k in similar territories)
