Sales Leadership Opportunity for a Leading Specialty Pharmaceutical Company with a pipeline of products across gastrointestinal IBS disease states.
Seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the Indiana market. (Can live in state of Indiana or the Louisville or Cincinnati markets)
Leading a team of 7 Pharmaceutical Territory Sales Reps across Indiana and parts of Kentucky
- Hammond, Muncie, Indy West, New Albany, Evansville, Fort Wayne and Florence, KY.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience is required.
- 3+ years of management or training experience in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
- Solid track record of success is required.
- Bachelor s Degree in a related discipline.
Great compensation package including Strong Base opportunity (typically $145K - $165K+) with a large Incentive Bonus comp ($75K target). Company car, 401K match, Stock Purchase Program, etc.
