Customer Support Specialist Job Description:

Be the first point of contact for customers and prospective customers

Partners with outside sales team to make sure to meet and exceed customer's service needs and expectations.

Respond to customer inquiries, prepare price quotes and initiate purchase orders.

Process customer orders, make changes, and/or returns per department policies and procedures


Customer Support Specialist Requirements:

College education - preferred and at least 5 years of related experience and/or training

Previous distribution or packaging industry experience - preferred

Detailed-orientated individual with an analytical thinking process

Excellent interpersonal communication skills both oral and written


Customer Support Specialist Pay and Benefits:

Direct Hire Opportunity - with full benefits package

Competitive compensation of $22-$25/hour - Dependent on experience

Hybrid Opportunity - 2 days in office in Champlin, MN after 9-month training and onboarding

Full Time, Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm
