Job Summary

Looking for a dynamic, equity minded Social Worker to provide counseling to students and families in our Counseling Enriched Classroom

Counseling Enriched (CEC)
*Structured, semi self-contained, and goal-oriented program combines academic coursework with an intensive therapeutic component
*Most intensive program in the district to serve our students with IEPs social emotional and behavioral needs.
*Includes a group counseling integrated component within the classroom along with individual and family therapy outside the classroom.
*Students participate in a flexible schedule that affords them the opportunity to take courses in the large school program or within CEC depending upon individual goals and needs.
*CEC Lifeskills course includes direct whole / small group and individual instruction in executive functioning skills, to include organization, time management, self advocacy, self regulation; and transition skills to address common learning needs and individual student IEP goals.
* Course earns elective credit toward the diploma but are not college eligible.

Comments and Other Information

**Teachers hired on Emergency, Intern, or (STSP/PIP) Credentials have a salary range of $61,033 - $77,895/yr** (Credit given for up to 19 years)
