Client Overview:
Our client, a distribution company in search of a reliable, dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team in the South End.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21/hr
Position Overview:
The ideal Warehouse Associate candidate is committed to ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate operate various warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and wrapping machines in a safe and proficient manner.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, checking for any discrepancies in delivery
- Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange warehouse space to make storage more efficient
- Reviewing and fulfilling customer orders properly
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management if any
- Comply with all safety and health protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Collaborate well with team members and communicate effectively with other departments
Qualifications for the Warehouse Associate: - Experience with electric pallet jack/pallet rider
- Prior warehouse experience
Education Requirements: - High School diploma or GED is preferred
