We are seeking compassionate full/part-time servers who are interested in making a difference in the lives of seniors for Blossom Ridge.
The following job functions are just a few that are critical to your success in this role:
Stay resident focused and nurture an excellent dining experience
Anticipate residents needs
Assist residents; meet and exceed their expectations and requests
Be able to describe items on the menu including ingredients used along with how it is prepared, cooked and, served
Be able to identify potential food allergies
Ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly
Enforce rules and regulations. (i.e. alcohol consumption/purchase)
Arrives on time for all shifts, pre-shifts, ready to receive assigned tasks, review menu and event specifics
Previous experience as a Banquet Server/Server preferred
Previous Alcohol Awareness training preferred.
Exhibit a sincere desire to work with the senior population.
Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and contribute to a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.
