A Week in the life of a Program Manager Lead:

• Provide medical simulation subject matter expertise
• Provide oversight of simulation activities in support of MMAST office.
• Promote the use of MM&S across the Department; and improve medical readiness, survivability, quality of care, patient safety, and efficiency.
• Support the MMAST office and continue supporting the efforts of the Simulation Capability Based Assessment (CBA) and associated tools.

Job Requirements

• Public Trust Clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of professional experience

Of those 12 years, at least five (5) years' of experience in:

• The Health System; familiarity with current simulation equipment & technology, Service-level and DHA simulation efforts is required.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
