Job Description:
We are seeking and experience Site Construction Project Manager for our client in Bear, DE. The Project Manager will coordinate all team members as well as third-party contractors in order to complete projects according to plan. The Project Manager has direct responsibility for assigned projects, from pre-construction phone project development/planning to construction phase execution.
Essential Duties
* Oversight of budget, development and management of project documentation, subcontractor contract management and project reporting
* Project scheduling, quality control and logistics
* RFP package development, trade contract and bid package preparation
* Ensuring pertinent construction information is provided to contractor and development team, participation in project meetings
* Ensuring the project's compliance with all permits, and obtaining occupancy permits
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience managing large mixed-use construction projects
- 3-5 years experience with pre-construction, estimating, and project costs background
- Degree in construction management, engineering, land planning, or related field a plus but not required
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present complex information in clear and concise manner
-Consistent attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies
-Ability to organize and manage necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve designed results
-Working knowledge of current market conditions including pricing conventions and trends
-Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills with a variety of software packages; ProCore Experience preferred
-Thorough understanding of industry
-Valid Driver's License
-High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
