Our client, D&H United, a leading company in the Oil, Gas, EV, and Automotive service industry, is seeking a Bi-lingual Field Services Recruiter to join our team!
Selected candidate will reside in one of the following TEXAS CITIES: Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio or Houston.
We are seeking someone fitting the following criteria:
- 3+ Years Recruiting Skilled Labor Talent for traveling field services roles.
- Applicable industries can include: Oil and Gas, EV Charging, Solar, Telecommunications, Electrical Construction, Plumbing Construction/Service, HVAC Construction/Service, Automotive Service
- Bi-Lingual - Spanish/English
D&H United specializes in Service and Construction supporting major Convenience and Fueling providers throughout the United States. If you have gassed up, or charged your car at your local convenience store lately, D&H very likely ensured that the pump/charging station was working properly.
This role will be responsible for attracting and selecting skilled trade talent for locations across the United States. This role is 100% remote/WFH, with limited travel to recruiting events and visiting branches (less than 20% travel)

- Bi-Lingual - English/Spanish
- Self Managed, Self Motivated, Self Inspired
- Exceptional Organizational and Communications Skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and branch-hiring clients
- Sourcing/Recruiting Creativity
- Prior Experience with Guerilla Recruiting Tactics, Recruiting from Vo-Tech, Transitioning Military, and headhunting from competitors and aligned industries.
- A successful candidate will demonstrate a high sense of urgency, handle competing priorities, and quickly adapt to change.
The ability to establish effective partnerships with field operations and professional services teams to staff branches throughout the U.S. and ensure we are delivering services that exceed our customers expectations is a key component to success in this role. The Recruiter will also develop relationships with Hiring Managers and HR to anticipate and satisfy the needs of the business while coaching and guiding them throughout the process.
The Role:
- Lead all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and use research techniques to identify and attract a diverse slate of quality candidates
- Gather, analyze, and present talent market data
- Maintain compliance throughout the selection process
- Ensure data management and integrity by utilizing all available technology and systems to track and report relevant data
- Support multiple customers in different areas of industry, positions and locations
- Build effective relationships with our Field and Professional services leadership teams
Requirements
- Experience with full cycle high volume recruitment for skilled labor roles
- Experience developing creative sourcing strategies
- Experience recruiting in any field service industry
- Being bilingual in Spanish is required
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Construction and Technical Services in the fueling, charging and auto-service industries
- Experience working in the skilled trades industry
- Experience recruiting for industrial or production roles
- Experience building relationships with remote business partners
