Executive Banquet Chef with Camp Lucy: A Texas Wine Country Resort!


Located on a bluff above the famed Onion Creek, approximately 40 minutes outside of Austin, the Camp Lucy Resort is a full-scale luxury getaway by Whim Hospitality. The resort's combination of elegant accommodations, historic architecture, gorgeous venues, culinary excellence, and world-class service create unforgettable experiences for wedding, corporate and leisure guests.


Spread across the 282-acre property is a diverse collection of heritage buildings, some from 18th- century Asia and others with ties to the Underground Railroad in the 1800s, making Camp Lucy a magical destination that merges the unexpected with a traditional Texas Hill Country setting. It s a memorable backdrop to the numerous weddings and corporate events held every year!


Camp Lucy is looking for an Executive Banquet Chef to oversee the culinary for their robust events program. The team is looking for an individual that is highly collaborative in nature and a team player, as this role interacts with various departments. This is a role for a chef who has a keen attention to detail, with an upbeat and approachable personality. They have a strong formula in place and run like a well-oiled machine. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join an award-winning boutique resort!


Compensation includes base salary in the $90-100k range, plus benefits, generous PTO plan, and relocation assistance.
