Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Source 2 Pay systems, including Coupa, Jaggaer, and Ariba. This is a key role within our Procurement department and will require close collaboration with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle implementation of new Source 2 Pay systems including requirements gathering, vendor selection, project planning, testing, training, and go-live
- Provide leadership and oversight for enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing optimization of Source 2 Pay systems
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource plans, status reports, risk plans, and all aspects of project governance
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage third party vendors/consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to demonstrate value realization and ROI of Source 2 Pay systems
- Develop and deliver training programs to successfully onboard users and support adoption
- Stay current on Source 2 Pay best practices, emerging technologies, and roadmaps
- Lead supplier data cleansing, rationalization, and transfer activities
- Identify savings opportunities through spend analysis, streamlined processes, and contract optimizations
- Develop analytics and reporting to provide business insights and track benefits realization
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience successfully delivering large, complex IT/software implementations
- Deep expertise and hands-on experience implementing and managing Source 2 Pay systems such as Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through organizational change
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
