What You'll Be Doing

Learn the HVAC trade - start out learning duct cleaning then move into more advance skills; maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems, indoor air quality products and installation. Provide high level of customer service to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to learn the HVAC trade - enroll in HVAC courses and/or in-house training programs
• Invest time in service training seminars and classes
• Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering the service technician position
• Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
• Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Must be able to lift 100lbs
• Comfortable working from ladders that are 28 and possibly higher
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoor in the elements
• Able to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Must have: drill, snips, measuring tape, screw drivers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver license and insurable driving record
• Some HVAC/construction experience a plus

Work Schedule

• Full-time - Monday through Friday
• 7:00am to 3:30pm (weekends, evenings and overtime as needed)
