What will your day look like? As a Product Manager, you will:
- Provide extensive coverage of Agtech support, offering guidance on functionalities and operations.
- Troubleshooting system glitches and technical hurdles.
- Collaborate efforts with users, ION, and IT departments to validate and implement database scripts.
- Facilitate process enhancement and configuration adjustments for evolving business workflows.
- Address Crystal report issues and execute related projects.
- Adhere to existing support protocols while actively enhancing them to align with future support framework.
You will be a good fit as a Product Manager if you are:
- Approachable and sociable, fostering positive interactions with users to steer them away from previous support channels.
- Proficient in Agtech expertise, with CTRM knowledge considered as a viable alternative.
- Strong in SQL, ensuring robust database management and troubleshooting capabilities.
