Nesco Resource has an exciting Controller opportunity with an established and innovative manufacturing company. The annual base salary for this role has a range of $130k - $150k.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Partner with the executive leadership achieve the organization s financial goals and objectives
- Provide oversight and strategic implementation of accounting practices and systems
- Improve financial accuracy and accountability throughout the organization
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Responsible for Budgeting/Forecasting
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash activities
- Prepare reports for standard and actual costs as well as profit margins
- Maintain and improve processes and controls, develop & maintain KPI's and other data, provide insight to issues, and identify profitable growth opportunities
Position Requirements: - 6 years of overall dynamic accounting experience
- Experience working in Manufacturing a plus
- Human Resource experience and/or CPA or CMA certification preferred, but not required
- 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
- Understanding of the U.S. GAAP
- Cost accounting, multi-site coordination, and intercompany transactions experience a plus
