Join our dynamic Communications Team responsible for crafting the voice and presence of our company across diverse channels. We are looking to hire Social Media Coordinator to assist in expanding our company's online community and engagement. This position will be based in London or New York.
Role:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our company's social media presence. Your responsibilities will include updating social networks, curating content to attract new followers, and collaborating with various teams to align messaging and goals. You'll also have the opportunity to work with web analytics tools to track campaign progress and explore industry trends. Additionally, you'll assist in managing our social media agency. This role reports into the communications manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and post social media content for various corporate announcements.
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Contribute to performance-driven social media campaigns aimed at specific client groups.
Assist in analyzing user engagement and reporting web traffic.
Help manage the editorial calendar for social updates.
Monitor social media progress using analytics tools.
Aid in optimization strategies to increase traffic and engagement.
Provide feedback on campaign success and suggest improvements.
Support in planning paid social media advertising strategies.
Stay updated on new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities.
Assist in managing third-party agencies or vendors supporting social media projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, journalism, or related field (preferred)
Some experience in social media management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of social media analytics and Google Analytics
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools
Ability to analyze data and manage multiple projects
Strong writing skills
Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Pay Range:$50,000 - $60,000
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
