We are looking for the best of the best!

The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager in maintaining and caring for a mixture of 1,2-,3-,4- and 5-bedroom apartments, as well as maintaining the physical integrity of the grounds. Applicant should strive to make our clients happy, completing work orders on a timely manner. On call will be required every other week, handling 24-hour emergencies as needed. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON
  • Care and upkeep of all rental units, property, and facilities.
  • Assisting in maintenance situations.
  • Assisting with work orders.
  • Upkeep of the grounds (Picking up trash daily)
  • Assisting with turnover; walking units, touch up painting, moving furniture, etc.
  • Rotate on-call service to residents
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to navigate property which may require climbing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching above the head, and reaching forward. Occasionally climbing of ladders.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
YOU COULD BE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU HAVE:
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
  • appliance repaid and carpentry skills
  • strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills
  • valid driver's license/transportation (to and from work) required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU ALSO HAVE (optional):
  • HVAC certification (EPA Certification)
  • Applicable Pool Operator License (CPO)
