OBJECTIVE

Manage and maintain Clearview's 100+ server environment, ensuring 99.999% or better uptime. Evaluate, research and develop solutions to enhance our IT infrastructure with an emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability, security, data confidentiality and system integrity.

WORKING HOURS: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, based on operational needs; evenings and weekends as needed for rotating on-call shifts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education
  • 8-12 years of working experience in the field of IT
  • 5+ years of relevant Windows Systems Administration work
  • Experience serving as a technical lead for system-wide upgrades, conversions, and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Server, administration concepts and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OS, server and infrastructure, administration concepts and best practices
  • Proficiency in Azure and M365
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Virtualization Technology
  • Proficiency in SANS
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking in complex situations
  • Ability to plan and organize daily work routine adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment
  • Familiarity of security systems and fundamentals

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain Exchange environment
  • Maintain Enterprise-wide backup solution
  • Maintain Infrastructure environment
  • Manage tickets within our help desk system
  • Participate in disaster recovery testing
  • Perform software installations and upgrades of servers and third-party software packages
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for hardware and software configuration management
  • Participate in technical research and development to enable continued innovation within the infrastructure
  • Travel required for training and to support financial centers
  • Attend required Credit Union training and meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
