Working under direct supervision, responsible for coordinating activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations and submittals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in the production and maintenance of IA s marketing resource materials.
- Ensure that studio marketing materials are consistent with firmwide brand guidelines and standards
- Support senior marketing coordinators in the production of proposals and qualifications and other marketing collateral
- Support senior marketing coordinators with preparing and assembling materials for client presentations and interviews.
- Coordinates work of vendors (such as reprographics and binding) and consultants
- Support marketing managers and senior members on the corporate marketing team with various marketing and communications projects.
- Assist with business development activities.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- BA in marketing, business administration, graphic design, communications, or equivalent work experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Familiar with the professional services industry, architecture and design industry and/or marketing in general through past work experience or an internship.
- Strong eye for graphic design and understanding of layout
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Proficiency in other Creative Cloud programs is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively with and through employees without having managerial authority.
- Demonstrated proofreading ability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with multiple fast-paced tasks and time-sensitive deadlines.
- Team player who is reliable, flexible and collaborative.
