As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of new lease up properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, fully occupied, and profitable.

Our client is an Owner Operated Property Manager that focuses on properties in the tri-country area (Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County). They have a growing portfolio of properties in the area.
*Description*
* Managing tenant relations: Communicating with tenants, addressing concerns or issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
* Leasing and marketing: Advertising available units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
* Property maintenance: Coordinating regular maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring that the properties are well-kept.
* Budgeting and financial management: Developing and managing property budgets, collecting rent, and maintaining accurate financial records.
* Compliance: Ensuring that all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
* Reporting: Providing regular reports to property owners or management on the performance of the properties.
*Profile*
* The ideal candidate will have significant experience in property management (5 + years)
* Strong leadership skills
* Track record of driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* In-depth lease up experience with apartment buildings
* A deep understanding of the Florida real estate market and regulations is highly desirable.
