Our client is looking to fill the role of Associate Procurement/Operations Specialist. This position will be located on site in the Parsippany office.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume of donor enrollments.
- Obtain required follow-up information from donors and vendors to process enrollments.
- Update client account information, process client documents including donor and private enrollment forms, health screening questionnaires, extended storage agreements, termination agreements, etc.
- Handle high volume of data entry for patient information.
- Manage Electronic chart assembly.
- Assist Operations group with back end procurement support.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
- Previous experience with medical documents, patient information and medical terminology is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Associate or bachelor s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required for this position.
- At least two years of related experience required.
