Job Summary:
Assist the team with FF&A factors from presentations to space planning. This individual will report directly to the FF&A Project Manager. This individual will assist with anything the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager needs regarding selections.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist FF&A Team on projects in all aspects including FF&A selections, creating presentations, space planning, material and sample ordering/selections, and renderings if applicable
Assisting in client communication per immediate supervisors direction, as well as participating in communication with the corresponding vendor(s)
Taking ownership of all project reviews with the FF&A Team and all resulting revisions/reselections
Assist the team in execution of designs and continued management to achieve seamless completion of project and timely execution
Assist with the review of FF&A packages with FF&A Team
Participating on Monday.com to efficiently communicate with entire team
Assist with job box/binder and library/sample organization
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Internship with a design specific firm / or furniture dealership preferred
4-year Bachelor s Degree in Interior Design or Business
Proficient in Revit/AutoCAD, Adobe Create Suite, and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of the Micamy Design Studio aesthetic
Some knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, and specifications for both residential and commercial environments preferred
Ability to work in a team setting, achieving results through collaboration and sharing
Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and demonstrate a high-level of professional maturity
Excellent attention to detail and solution-oriented
Excellent time management skills
Ability to manage and perform at high levels in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
Knowledge of Monday.com (or similar program) is a plus
