LVI is currently working with a well known building consulting company based in Dallas who have been market leaders for over 20 years. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading building consulting firm that specializes in property condition assessments for developing facilities, such as health-care, private K-12 schools and commercial buildings. As part of the team, you will have the chance to develop your skills while working on challenging projects across various industries.


You will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses of various incidents involving building's MEP assessments such as HVAC, plumbing/mechanical systems and building code compliance for the repair and restoration of these systems. As part of this process, you must conduct thorough examinations by analyzing data collected during field inspections using technical knowledge gained through their education & practical work experiences. As a successful candidate, you must possess strong mechanical engineering knowledge combined with a good understanding on how to conduct property condition assessments.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
  • Registered EIT or P.E. preferred
  • 3+ Years experience working within mechanical engineering
  • Have a good working knowledge on conducting property condition assessments
