**Laborer - Dirt/Pipe Crew**
Location: Bemidji, MN Hiring Manager: Ann E Mork Company: Knife River Materials - Northern Minn. Division Department: Construction Closing Date: 02/28/2022 at 11:59pm CDT Job Type: Full-Time - Seasonal Job Summary: Join Knife River as a Laborer for our dirt and pipe crew. On a Dirt/Pipe Crew you will:
Perform tasks that assist digging and moving dirt materials for roads, trenches, ditches and waterways
Learn and operate small equipment, work closely with crew to learn the ins and outs of equipment maintenance
Maintain your work zone and stay on schedule
Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance
This is a seasonal position. Use your winters off to travel, hunt, or go ice fishing while your benefits continue year-round! Minimum Qualifications: A successful Knife River Laborer will have:
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent critical thinking skills
A valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Knowledge and/or experience with pipe, street work or similar experience is preferred but not required
