The role of Janitorial services requires to perform r emoval of garbage and recycle items from offices and plant areas as assigned. Deliver collected items to trash compactor and recycle collection area in plant.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Vacuum carpeted floors daily.
* Sweep & mop floors daily.
* Clean & sanitize restrooms daily.
* Clean dust from shelves, file cabinet tops, window ledges, and other surfaces in office areas.
* Stock bathrooms, kitchens, and break rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
* Perform other cleaning and housekeeping tasks as assigned by supervisor.
* Complete all work assignments in a safe and efficient manner following all company safety procedures.
* Ability to lift over 30lbs if required
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
Ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations following instructions. General knowledge of various types of equipment used in building maintenance. Ability to work with little supervision. Able to do normal lifting. Some experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs helpful.
**ADA: Must be able to use hands at all times and bend and frequently lift 50 lbs. Able to work under pressure and walk to all areas of the building. Standing and walking 100% of the time. Must be able to use power and manual tools in the execution of his/her daily duties.**
