Full Time/Temporary (3 months)
PAY RANGE: $19.59-$26.62
This temporary position is responsible for formulating the staffing schedule for all nursing staff within the nursing home. Uses scheduling software as the primary tool for creating nursing staff schedules at least two weeks in advance. Must have strong interpersonal skills as well as organizational and planning skills.
Requirements
Requires knowledge of nursing home staffing equivalent to completion of a high school diploma plus additional courses from a two year college or technical school and one to three years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
