Required Education and Experience: High School diploma/GED equivalent. Valid Drivers License.
Preferred Education and Experience: Prior Hospitality/Healthcare experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Ability to pass Background Check. Ability to pass Drug Screening.
Summary/Objective
The aim of the role of a Wayfinder is to offer a friendly, efficient and helpful service to patients who are non-ambulatory and all visitors to the Watson Clinic. To meet and greet visitors, offering assistance with locating a department and offering to accompany them as appropriate. To provide guidance on car parking arrangements and to give information regarding the location of services such as toilets, caf , shops, etc. To assist with general inquiries and assist with wheelchair support as needed.
