User Researcher


Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently conduct research to uncover user/consumer characteristics, behavior patterns, experiences, and emotional needs, and deliver in-depth insights.

2. Support research work related to user experience, operational strategy, and market strategy.

3. Design qualitative/quantitative research plans according to the requirements of the demand side, and coordinate the research work of both online and offline activities.

4. Be sensitive to brand and B2C consumer industry information, regularly collect and produce industry dynamic reports.

Qualifications:

1. Based in the Bay Area of California, USA, with local work experience, engaged in user research for 3 years or more, with experience in hardware, consumer goods, e-commerce, Internet or FMCG industries.

2. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a background in psychology, statistics, sociology, etc., is preferred.

3. Priority will be given to those with experience in FMCG/internet company brand market research, data analysis (SPSS/SQL), and industry research.

4. Fluent in Business English, highly self-motivated, good at communication, with a high level of curiosity about new things and people, and possessing excellent logical thinking and insight analysis skills.
