Position: Willow Logistics Specialist WNS
Alaska Overview
Company Alaska and its heritage companies have more than 50 years of business history in Alaska. Company is Alaska s largest crude oil producer and largest owner of exploration leases, with approximately 1.6 million net undeveloped acres at year-end 2021. Company has major ownership interests in two of North America s largest legacy conventional oil fields, both located on Alaska s North Slope Kuparuk, which the company operates, and Prudhoe Bay. Additionally, Company operates the Alpine Field located on the Western North Slope.
Significant oil exploration and development opportunities still exist on the North Slope, with active programs underway in Kuparuk River, Colville River and Bear Tooth and Greater Mooses Tooth units. More than 75% of the company s exploration portfolio is undrilled. Final appraisal of the Willow and Narwhal discoveries was completed in 2020.

Willow Asset Description
Willow is an oil discovery located within the Bear Tooth Unit (BTU) in the National Petroleum Reserve of Alaska (NPR-A) approximately 30 miles west-southwest of the Alpine Central Facility (ACF) on the North Slope of Alaska.

The Willow Development is expected to contain greater than 600 MMBOE gross recoverable resource with a planned maximum production of about 180 thousand barrels per day. The initial phase of Willow development will include a new Willow Central Processing Facility (WCF), three drill sites, pipelines, roads, bridges, and supporting infrastructure. The second phase of development will include at least one additional drill site.
Willow Project Scope Summary
The Initial Development Phase will require six (6) years of field construction commencing in 2023 and completing in 2028. Early construction work focuses on establishing infrastructure, gravel roads, bridges, airstrip, pipelines, and temporary and permanent camps. Later work in the initial development phase focuses on the installation of process facilities on WCF and 3 drill sites.
Field construction commenced in 2023 (Year 1) with limited civil construction. 2024 (Year 2) began the civil and pipeline construction. 2025 (Year 3) continues civil and pipelines and on pad facility work starts with the installation of the permanent camp and infrastructure at the Willow Operations Center (WOC). 2026 (Year 4) completes civil construction, continues pipeline construction, and starts facility construction on the WCF. 2027 (Year 5) continues pipeline and facility construction and work begins on the drill sites. 2028 (Year 6) completes pipeline and facility construction for the initial development phase.
The Willow project is approximately 9 million labor hours with a peak labor force of approximately 2000 FTE s. The project scope includes the delivery of the following: roads, pads, bridges, airstrip, above ground pipelines/power cables/fiber optic cables, horizontally directionally drilled under river pipeline bores, housing, utilities, warehouses and shops, process modules, pipe racks, and all interconnection scope.
Position Summary
This is a Company contingent (contractor) hire, North Slope based position working a 2-week on/off schedule. The Willow Logistics Specialist WNS will report to the Willow Logistics Lead based in Anchorage and will work in close collaboration with the Willow Logistics Lead North Slope, all members of the Willow construction team, construction support contractors and in-field transport contractors. Additionally, internal Company interfaces will include various GKA and WNS entities in relation to Willow Logistics activities and the Willow construction superintendents.

The role is based at various Willow construction sites on the WNS (Alpine) area, when there is no construction activity ongoing it may relocate to the Willow logistics hub at Kuparuk Industrial Center (KIC). During peak construction ice road season the Willow Logistics Specialist WNS is the primary logistics interface for on-site construction activities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily activities will include:
Provide assistance to the Willow Logistics Lead on matters pertaining to logistics and material management for Willow Construction activities.
On-site liaison and tasking from the Construction Superintendent for all matters related to Logistics scope.
Primary POC for construction install contractor material management personnel.
Presence on-site at KIC or Willow construction sites as required for logistics and material management activities in support of construction.
Liaison with other Company GKA personnel in support of Willow objectives
Provide advice, direction and support for material staging at various drop locations
Prioritize and respond to material management needs
Troubleshoot and provide support to logistics service contractors as needed
Respond to dynamic changes during construction activities
Inspection and receipt of materials as required
Attend meetings, prepare daily construction report (during construction) and other required reports

HSE
Proactively lead HSE performance by communicating, fostering, supporting, and enforcing HSE policies
procedures, guidelines, requirements, and objectives
Perform HSE engagements and interventions with contracted service providers as needed
Perform jobsite walk-downs and provide recognition for safe work execution and task planning
Continuously demonstrates strong adherence to Company SPIRIT values
Participate in onsite Contractor toolbox and safety meetings, reinforce COPA safety processes.
Participate in the COPA adopted Behavior Based Safety (BBS) observation system.

Qualification Requirements:

Basic / Required:

5+ years oil and gas experience to include Greenfields/brownfields major project construction
Must possess a valid driver s license
Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to work in a remote work location on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off work schedule

Preferred:
10+ years construction or logistics experience with 5+ years direct experience on the North Slope
Knowledge of existing North Slope operating practices and contract relationships
Experience with SAP material tracking and receiving
Advanced level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Advanced level multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across organizational boundaries
Builds strong relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals

Work Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (12HR Days) 14/14

Education: HS Diploma/GED
Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $50.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
