Manager: Chief Executive Officer

Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 + 10% Annual Bonus, President s Club

Location: In-Office position in Stafford, TX (Radley Corporate Office)


Overview: We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Director to join our company and make a difference in people s lives. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. By partnering with all stakeholders, we aim to create a dynamic atmosphere of trust, accountability, creativity, and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and develop solutions that support business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a positive work environment with a customer centric service model.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to minimize turnover and retain top talent.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and implementing development plans.

Employee Relations and Compliance:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Create positive synergy between stakeholders across all locations.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure compensation practices are competitive and equitable.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.

Organizational Development:

  • Identify training and development needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Implement organizational development initiatives to improve team effectiveness and organizational performance.
  • Identify, research, and implement new technology to push the company forward.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
