Description
Groundskeeper
Location: Shadow Creek - Hamilton, OH
Primary Responsibilities
- Gather and remove litter around the community.
- Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.
- Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws.
- Conduct light maintenance service repairs around the community and apartment homes.
- Care for established lawns by mowing, mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.
- Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, or other ground features.
- Clean onsite facilities, hallways, breezeways
Qualifications & Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous ground experience or cleaning experience is a plus.
- Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
