Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a NICU Registered Nurse. The NICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing specialized care to newborn infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The role involves monitoring and maintaining the health of critically ill infants, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing support and education to families. The NICU Registered Nurse will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for the neonatal patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care and Critical Care Nursing
• Knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and Medicine
• Strong clinical skills and ability to assess and monitor critically ill infants
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Current RN license and BLS certification
• Additional certifications in neonatal nursing or related specialties are beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
