POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for scheduling, canceling, rescheduling and coordination of outpatient visits and procedures for multiple outpatient settings, by collecting all necessary information for schedule and registration preparation. Performs a wide variety of clerical duties, greets patients and directs phone calls while ensuring an excellent patient experience.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
EXPERIENCE- One year of scheduling, or clerical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Must have good communication skills to deal with the patients and physicians as well as coworkers.
