Superintendent Commercial Interiors
Join a New York leader in commercial interiors.
You ll join a mid-sized firm that has been in business for decades and continues to grow. This company will support you in progressing to a Senior Superintendent, and work on larger commercial projects up to and above $50m, in NYC.

Manhattan-based projects will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades. While the firm completes many projects of $2m-10m, you ll have the opportunity to work on larger projects in the $30-50m range.

- Base salary circa $125,000 - $155,000

About you:
- 4-7+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent in NYC
- Experience running corporate interior projects in Manhattan
- OSHA SST 62
- Proficiency in Procore
- College degree in a construction related field is preferred but not essential
