FABRICATION FLOOR MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will direct all aspects of boning room operations, including the efficient disassembly of carcasses, packaging, and dispatch of beef products to meet productivity standards and schedules.
- You will implement quality control measures to guarantee that all beef products meet or exceed set standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- You will ensure operations adhere to all relevant regulations and standards related to food safety and occupational health and safety.
- You will recruit, train, and manage fabrication floor personnel as a strong team.
- You will continually assess and improve fabrication floor processes and practices.
SKILLS
- You have 5-7+ years of experience on the fabrication floor PLUS at least 2-3 years in a supervisory and/or management role.
- You are familiar with meat processing technology, fabrication floor best-practices, and food safety regulations.
- You identify as an excellent leader and problem solver.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency preferred, not required.
