Job Description:
Pay Range: $70000 - $75000
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with internal clients to understand functional requirements.
- Fully outlines needed steps to achieve desired results.
- Responds to questions from the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
- Conducts research and analysis into the nature, effect and results of system problems.
- Prepares detailed functional specifications from which programs will be written.
- Prepares and maintains requirements documentation.
- Develops user instructions, training procedures and other support requirements.
- Designs, documents, and maintains moderately complex application configuration nodes.
- Consulted on functional testing of system modifications.
- Effectively communicates with clients, peers and departmental management in business matters inclusive of those with technical content.
- Blends technical and non-technical perspectives in verbal and written communications, focusing on the underlying business benefit and/or impact of proposed action.
- Develops business analyses or feasibility studies associated with technology initiatives.
- Participates in the development and implementation of programs intended to strengthen internal controls or improve client service and/or support.
- Builds effective relationships with business units to develop a joint vision.
- ssists in setting, gathering, and tracking performance metrics for team.
- Facilitates meetings with Business, Design, Dev Team, and other events as needed.
- Working with Portfolio Managers several individual project portfolio teams and possibly across portfolio teams to identify dependencies, interfaces, and system or data sequencing between systems; data flow diagrams of the as-is, interim and to-be states.
