Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for CNAs at Resolutions Hospice Austin. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and providing emotional support. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and ensure the highest quality of care. While the role is primarily based in Austin, Texas, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Valid CNA license
Experience in end-of-life care or hospice settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide emotional support to patients and families
Strong observational and critical thinking skills
Ability to work as a part of a collaborative team
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Comfortable with using technology for documentation and communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced and emotionally demanding environment
