Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Patient Advocate/Inside Sales representative for a client in the Boca Raton Area. This is a full-time position working fully onsite out of the corporate office in Boca Raton in an 11 am to 8 pm shift.

Overview/ Responsibilities:
- Extensive training is provided, and this is not a cold-calling position.
- Engage in outbound call campaigns to sell and educate customers on the benefits of the medical programs being offered.
- Overcome objections by determining what within the program could appeal to the customer most.
- Manage inbound call volume and document all communication in CRM Salesforce.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, such as customer service, call center, or other administrative roles.
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
- Fast and accurate typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and understanding of modern office practices.
- Intermediate data entry within a CRM database. (Salesforce)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily interactions while ensuring established processes are performed accurately.
