Part Time Position: Sunday-Saturday, hours vary between 8-5pm

Bachmans Order Center is looking to add an experienced Call Center Associate to their team. Candidates should be skilled in accurate data entry, excel in customer service and be passionate about the retail and horticulture industry.

JOB DUTIES:
+ Assisting customers with placing incoming orders
+ Assisting other florists with orders coming into and out of our systems
+ Answering calls from customers and stores pertaining to products, events, workshops, and deliveries
+ Handling customer comments and complaints
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Strong data entry and computer skills
+ Excellent phone manner
+ Ability to prioritize
+ Strong follow through
+ Detail oriented
+ Solid verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong selling skills
+ Plant and flower material knowledge preferred
+ Able to sit, be on the phone and on the computer for the majority of the day
