About the Role:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company Marketing strategy, ultimately driving strong revenue growth. This person is a problem solver, attentive to details, ROI-focused, and a big-picture thinker. The Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Operations and collaborate with stakeholders across functions at various levels.


The Marketing Manager will have budget ownership and be responsible for growing and managing the broader Marketing team/resources and delivering ROI.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aimed at business growth and meeting revenue objectives, leveraging insights from customers, competitors, and market activity to guide strategic decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging content creation, digital/web, email and social media, events, and brand management resources.
  • Manage budget for projects, forecasting expected costs, ROI, and expense timing.
  • Measure results of marketing campaigns to analyze and improve the effectiveness of demand generation and sales enablement efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to advance brand recognition, client and candidate engagement, and the organization s market position.
  • Write, edit, and publish digital and print materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and email content. Work with publication partners to drive press mentions.
  • Manage all marketing performance metrics, including project and campaign analytics, efficiency, brand performance, customer engagement, and overall ROI for marketing and communications initiatives, while also making recommendations based on results.
  • Achieve digital marketing goals by working with internal team and external vendors.



Education, Experience, Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a B.A. in marketing, communication, or business, with at least 4-6 years of marketing (management) experience. Additionally, you should be:

  • Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Able to communicate effectively with other Professional Alternatives stakeholders at various levels.
  • Passionate about content creation, with some experience with or knowledge of design best practices.
  • Able to pivot and make changes quickly based on changing business needs and challenges and market conditions.
  • Skilled at written and verbal communication, operating as a team player.
