Our client, a leading law firm, has an immediate need for a temporary Benefits Assistant to support their office in Washington, DC through July!
About the Job:
- Aid in processing benefit invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Create benefits-related communications for new hires and terminations, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Maintain and update a tracking spreadsheet for wellness webinars, tracking participation and engagement.
- Manage the uploading of participation data via the wellness platform portal for streamlined record-keeping.
- Support Benefits Manager in preparation tasks for wellness fairs, ensuring smooth execution of events.
- Provide additional human resources support as needed.
About You:
- 1+ year of professional office/administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Chrome River and Virgin Pulse.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, tables, data entry, and formula manipulation.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive benefits-related information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and poise.
About the Position:
- $20/hr-$22/hr
- Temporary through July.
- Potential to extend through August.
- Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite
- Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
