Our client, a leading law firm, has an immediate need for a temporary Benefits Assistant to support their office in Washington, DC through July!

About the Job:

  • Aid in processing benefit invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
  • Create benefits-related communications for new hires and terminations, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Maintain and update a tracking spreadsheet for wellness webinars, tracking participation and engagement.
  • Manage the uploading of participation data via the wellness platform portal for streamlined record-keeping.
  • Support Benefits Manager in preparation tasks for wellness fairs, ensuring smooth execution of events.
  • Provide additional human resources support as needed.
About You:
  • 1+ year of professional office/administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Chrome River and Virgin Pulse.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, tables, data entry, and formula manipulation.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive benefits-related information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and poise.
About the Position:
  • $20/hr-$22/hr
  • Temporary through July.
  • Potential to extend through August.
  • Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite
  • Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
