We are looking for an enthusiastic, well spoken, hardworking individual with a great attention for detail. **Job Description**
Respond to Internet customers inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on BDC / Internet sales. Generate appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management. **Benefits**

**Responsibilities**
* Respond to Internet customers inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on BDC / Internet sales
* Generate appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management
* Respond to email inquiries in an expeditious, professional, well-spoken manner
* Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
* Be consistent daily in all follow up via phone, text and email
* Stay in contact with consultants through cooperative actions and connect customers proactively
