Job Details

As a Branch Manager, you will:

* Create a work culture that ensures a great customer experience

* Develop a deep knowledge of the products in order to assist staff in understanding how to get customers the best possible options

* Support counter and warehouse staff to be their best everyday

* Manage branch operations to meet goals and objectives for branch sales, profitability, and customer perception in the local market

* Responsibilities include hiring, training, safety, labor productivity, some inventory management, customer satisfaction and supervising branch team members.

* Work well as a team player, stepping in where and when needed on the warehouse floor or behind the counter

* Work on special projects as assigned

To succeed in your role as a Branch Manager, you will bring with you:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), college degree preferred; and at least five (5) years of operations management experience, preferred in a wholesale environment and/or HVAC/R; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* History of leading high performing teams.

* Intermediate computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite.

* Good written and verbal communication skills required along with having good listening skills.
