Hamadeh Educational Services, Inc. (HES) is an educational service provider that services PK-12 public school academies in the Metro Detroit area and is seeking highly qualified and motivated Recruiter.
Our students come from diverse educational & ethnic backgrounds attending at:
Star International Academy (PreK-12): Dearborn Heights/Canton Township
Universal Academy (PreK-12) Detroit
Universal Learning Academy (Pre-K-10)- Westland
Noor International Academy (Pre-K-6) - Sterling Heights
JOB POSTING DATE: May 13, 2024
SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Thorough understanding of applicable Human Resource regulations, law and requirements
- A minimum of two years professional experience in Human Resources, specifically in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- Familiar with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Arabic language fluency is a plus
- Experience recruiting in K-12 school setting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sources, interviews, and recommends for hire qualified staff
- Manages recruitment postings and advertisements through various job boards and platforms
- Tracks recruiting and hiring trends
- Responsible for initial screening of talent to determine compatibility with organizational staffing needs
- Tracks, records, and organizes all applicants and recruiting activities through Applicant Tracking System.
- Attends career fairs and other functions in order to recruit qualified talent.
- Assists with onboarding and orientation of new team members.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor

The Academies mission is to provide their students with a quality education that focuses on a core curriculum and international cultures including the study of language. The academies provide an education of the whole child by integrating different diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds to their college-preparatory program serving families in the Greater Detroit area.
