Role: Executive Assistant
Description:
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the calendars of executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure efficient time management and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Anticipate travel needs and address any issues that may arise.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for executives. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items to relevant parties.
Expense Management: Monitor and reconcile expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies. Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of executives.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality in all dealings.
HR activity: Onboarding the new employees and Payroll Administrator/Benefits Coordinator
