Summary


The Staging Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing internal project timelines and budgets, ensuring seamless communication between various teams while working closely with the Director of Operations with standardizing workflow and overall company operations and strategy.



Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Act as an internal project manager, creating and managing design project timelines and internal kick off information while closely monitoring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Facilitate a smooth handoff from sales to design by ensuring clear communication throughout the process.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve staging project workflows, and SOP by implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency and quality.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues around budgeting or timing.

Alongside the Director of Operations, maintain and update the overall company schedule of projects to ensure timely delivery and successful completion.

Serve as a liaison between internal teams, fostering effective communication and updates between designers, installation, warehouse, and other relevant stakeholders.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory management, accounting for all staging items.

Manage project cash flow and budget, ensuring financial targets are met

Provide per project P&L reporting

Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

Maintain and manage project management tools inclusive of Asana, Box, and Portal

Work closely with the Director of Operations to regarding strategy and standard for the warehouse and installation teams



Position Requirements:

2+ years of experience in an interior design or real estate staging company in a project management or operations role

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
