HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Nurse Executive licensed as a Professional Registered Nurse, RN with a post graduate degree for Administrative Leadership role within a leading hospital system in Saginaw, MI. Relocate to Central Michigan, in Michigan s Tri-Cities region made up of Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland known for enchanting small towns, outdoor adventures, and welcoming communities.
- Nurse Executive will work Monday through Friday, FT, exempt, flex schedule
- Nurse Executive ensure best clinical practices for two Hospital departments; Behavioral health and Medical Rehab
- Nurse Executive manages approximately 120 patient beds within the departments
- Nurse Executive provides clinical leadership and clinical guidance to Nursing staff
- Nurse Executive collaborates with Mental Health Program Executive on Nursing delivery in Behavioral Health department, consistent of 105 beds
- Nurse Executive drives strategic initiatives in patient experience and excellence in Nursing
- Nurse Executive will set clinical guidelines for Nursing staff at all levels
- Nurse Executive implements level of patient care programs, treatments, & services
- Nurse Executive assumes an active leadership role with hospitals governing body
- Nurse Executive participates in management of financial, human, material, and other resources
- Nurse Executive approves guidelines for the delivery of Nursing care
- Nurse Executive oversees 4 Nurse Managers, unit orientation activities, and recruitment
- Nurse Executive implements program measurement of quality with reportable data
- Nurse Executive manages Infection Control prevention and central intake teams
Executive Professionally Licensed Nurse, RN Requirements:
- Professional License as RN
- Eligible for MI State Licensure
- Post graduate degree in Nursing or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Leadership with responsibility of assessing, planning, and evaluating delivery of Nursing services within a hospital setting
Executive Professionally Licensed Nurse Compensation:
- 140-185K
- 10-15K Relocation Assistance / Sign On
